Long October weekend in the mountains of Colorado Meghan and I decided to meet up for a long weekend and in looking at airfares, schedules, and a map, we decided on Colorado. We started off in Denver but quickly made our way West up to the mountains. The idea was to spend a weekend hiking around but a recent (and current) snow storm changed those plans a bit. We spent and evening in Steamboat Springs and then another in Boulder. In between we managed a few hikes, snow be damned.
